This union represents electrical workers across central Indiana. To protect member data and union operations from growing cyber threats, and to modernize the servers its applications run on, the union turned to AIS, its long-standing managed services provider.
The Solution We Delivered
AIS implemented and manages Managed Detection and Response across the union’s environment, securing the network and every device on it, establishing incident notification and escalation paths, and resolving incidents under the managed agreement. In parallel, AIS provisioned a Microsoft Azure environment with secure VPN connectivity back to headquarters, built a Windows Server domain controller integrated with the union’s existing directory domain, and configured a Microsoft SQL Server, delivering fully functioning cloud-hosted application and database servers.
