This independent insurance and risk advisory firm engaged AIS to procure and implement a Cisco Meraki cloud-managed network, replacing legacy firewall-era equipment with a modern security appliance, switching and wireless platform.
The Solution We Delivered
AIS implemented a Meraki cloud-managed security appliance, seven switches and ten access points using its Plan, Prepare, Implement, Validate methodology, documenting floor plans, IP schemes, VLANs, DHCP and VPN configuration, and migrating settings from the legacy firewall. AIS later extended the platform into the firm’s new building space with additional advanced switches, stacking, VLAN assignments and RADIUS-authenticated Wi-Fi.
