AIS is pleased to announce that Darcy Lee has been promoted from her position as Director of Sales to Chief Operations Officer for the organization.
In her role as COO, Lee will develop and implement strategic initiatives and play a critical role in strategic decision making. She will oversee and ensure efficient and consistent practices and procedures across the organization.
Lee started at AIS as Director of Sales. “Over the past year and half, Darcy has brought all of her skills to the table, including marketing, partnership development, operational efficiency and project management in addition to sales,” said AIS CEO, Lamont Hatcher. “She has made a tremendous impact on the organization and we are confident she will excel in her role as COO.”
Prior to joining AIS, Lee spent over 17 years in sales and marketing in a variety of roles with clients ranging from local SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Women & Hi Tech and actively mentors with Pass the Torch for Women.
