AIS is pleased to announce that Kennethia Chapple has been promoted from her position as Customer Relationship Manager to Account Executive.
In addition to her previous responsibilities as a Customer Relationship Manager where she has championed a top-notch customer experience for AIS clients, Chapple will also support cross divisional business functions and operational initiatives aimed at providing clients with the support services they need throughout their relationship with AIS.
“Kennethia has served AIS clients as their trusted advisor for several years during rapid growth at AIS. Her client advocacy has led to operational efficiencies that has strengthened AIS’s quality of service. She ensures AIS is meeting the priorities, needs and goals of its clients more efficiently and effectively,” said Darcy Lee, Chief Operations Officer of AIS. “We are grateful to have her on our team, and to support her growth as she supports AIS’s growth.”
Chapple has been with AIS since graduating from Bellarmine University with a BA in Mathematics in 2018.
